Brands are raising the bar on fitness-food by the day!
We recently tried an assortment of energy bars by On The Run. The ingredients are clearly listed on their label- and you will see that they only contain dry fruits, nuts or oats, and are sweetened naturally with honey or dates. So, there’s no added sugar, preservative or gluten in any of these bars. They’re clean, nutritious and handy.
We’ve tried a couple of other energy bars in the past. Check out our review of Yoga Bars here – they are also natural and preservative-free. However, we liked On The Run fitness bars over other natural energy bars because of the flavour and consistency – they weren’t dry or crunchy, but rather soft and chewy, and all of them tasted great!
